Two weeks of baseline tracking. Your current numbers, your specific sticking points. Nothing gets built until we know what we're working with.

Weeks 3 through 10. Progressive overload with weekly load reviews. Every programming decision has a written explanation. If it can't be explained, it doesn't ship.

Peak

Weeks 11 through 14. The adaptation is set. We push into the threshold with intent. This is where the physique actually changes in the mirror.

Sustain

Weeks 15 and 16, and beyond. The physique should still exist in a year. We build the maintenance structure before the program ends, not after it.
